Fully automatic single arm barrel plating production line
Fully automated barrel plating lines are commonly used for metal surface treatment and are based on the principle of electrochemical deposition. In the barrel plating process, the parts to be plated are placed in a drum, which acts as the cathode and is connected to the negative pole of the power supply, while the anode, which is usually made of a soluble metal, is connected to the positive pole of the power supply, and the two are placed together in a plating bath containing a metal salt solution. When the power supply is switched on, under the action of electric field force, the metal ions in the plating solution will move towards the cathode (the parts inside the drum) and get electrons on the surface of the parts, thus depositing a layer of uniform metal plating layer. The continuous rotation of the drum, on the one hand, makes the parts roll over in the plating solution to ensure that all parts can be in full contact with the plating solution, so as to obtain a uniform thickness of the plating layer; on the other hand, it also helps to improve the stirring effect of the plating solution, promote the diffusion of ions and mass transfer, and improve the efficiency and quality of electroplating. Meanwhile, the production line is equipped with an automatic control system, which can precisely control parameters such as plating time, current intensity, plating solution temperature, drum speed, etc. to meet different parts and plating layer requirements. In this way, the fully automatic barrel plating production line can achieve efficient, stable and reliable quality metal surface plating treatment.
